Meet Maddie, an enthusiastic marketing and communications strategist with over a decade of experience driving impactful digital initiatives. Her journey—from college athletics to the vital fields of energy and climate change—fuels her passion for building authentic community connections.
As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent individual, Maddie is dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health. She believes that a supportive and inclusive environment unlocks everyone’s potential. Currently completing her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at St. Catherine University, she’s focused on pioneering leadership support for neurodivergent women in the workplace, showcasing her commitment to empowerment and change!
When she’s not on a mission to spark generosity, you can catch Maddie swinging clubs on the golf course with her husband, creating magical moments with her daughter, diving into the pages of a thrilling book from her ever-expanding TBR pile, or joyfully chasing after her two energetic pups, Leo and Birdie.
