With so many communication channels to choose from, it can be hard to know where to start! In this fundraising intensive, we’ll cover three main fundraising channels: direct mail, digital, and in-person, to better understand how fundraisers can weave a comprehensive strategy through multiple avenues.
Whether you’re looking to up your game for your year-end appeal, launch a multi-channel acquisition strategy, or something in between, this intensive is a great foundation to ensure your messaging, visual assets, and asks are cohesive and meaningful. Participants will walk away with a comprehensive plan for 2+ communication channels, including messaging and calls-to-action, a plan for audience segmentation, and a draft calendar of communications.
This session is best paired with our first fundraising intensive, New Donor Acquisition and/or our fourth fundraising intensive, Appeal Workshop. Additionally, this intensive is best suited for nonprofit leaders of small-to-medium size organizations with a confident understanding of the donor cycle and individual fundraising tactics.
Additionally, this intensive is Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) approved and credit eligible! Full participation in RaiseMN Intensive: Multi-Channel Fundraising is applicable for 10 points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.*
